Cause: (Feeder 14-4) Primary wire cut along J. Catolico Ave., near Mercury Drug Store, Lagao, GSC.
Remarks: Feeder 14-3 was also turned off for the safety of our maintenance personnel to repair the line. (Double Circuit Line)
