Areas under Feeders 12-1 to 12-4 and 17-1 to 17-6 experienced unscheduled power interruption around 08:18HH. Pentagon Substation was isolated due to absence of 69KV voltage received on the monitoring meter. The delayed energization from tripping of 69KV line (Klinan-Ligaya) is due to failed closing of 69KV breaker for 3 attempts. Power was fully restored at 09:34HH.
