I, a senior high school student, voluntarily provide my consent to SOCOTECO II for the collection, processing, and use of my personal data for the purpose of participating in the Rural Electrification Appreciation Program (REAP) 2024, as part of the Coop's information dissemination campaign initiatives.

I understand that SOCOTECO II, in partnership with the National Electrification Administration (NEA), is conducting this program to raise awareness about SOCOTECO II and its contribution to the Rural Electrification Program.
